Ingredients
- 3 small sweet potatoes, cubed
- 1lb brussels sprouts, halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1.5 tablespoon Herbs de-Provence
- 0.5 tablespoon cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
Process
Step 1: Preheat oven to 415 degrees and line medium baking sheet with parchment paper
Step 2: Rinse, peel and cube sweet potatoes
Step 3: Rinse and halve Brussels sprouts
Step 4: Add the sweet potatoes and Brussels sprouts to the baking sheet
Step 5: Drizzle the olive oil over the sweet potatoes and Brussels sprouts
Step 6: Add spices on top of the olive oil
Step 7: Use your hands to coat the sweet potatoes and Brussels sprouts so that they are evenly covered in oil and spices
Step 8: Bake at 415 degrees for 20-25 minutes
