Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • 1 tbsp protein powder
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • dash of cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats

Process

  1. Add the greek yogurt, almond milk, maple syrup, protein powder, chia seeds, and cinnamon to a glass jar. Stir the ingredients together. (I like to use my frother for this)
  2. Pour in the oats and stir to combine.
  3. Add in desired fruit on top (bananas and berries are my go-to but I have also used apples and peaches!)
  4. Store in refrigerator overnight (at least 4 hours) and enjoy cold!
